One rate for homes and businesses
Residential, commercial and office cleaning are all charged at $55 per cleaner per hour. You choose the hours when you book online, so you know the cost before anyone arrives. Two cleaners working for two hours counts as four cleaner hours, or $220. End of lease / move out cleans and move-in cleans are the exceptions: the size and condition of the property vary too much to book by the hour, so we quote those individually.
